Life before Total Drama[]
Daronté was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. His family moved to Canada when he was six years old. He grew up playing football, and practicing his "rapping style". He became a linebacker for his football team, and was also a goaltender for his hockey team. As he grew older, he began to enjoy nature and took hikes through forests. The more he watched the animals, the more vegan he became. He applied for Total Drama so he could win and start an endangered animal shelter. He really loves puppies too
